Voracious readers choose favorites

So was 2013 a good year for young adult literature?  Find out as the award-winning Eva Perry Mock Printz Book Club teens present their awards for the best YA books published in 2013.  These voracious readers have read over 450 titles on their way to choosing those most distinguished in literary quality.  They’ll stand up for their top books and present awards for superlatives in literary elements, genre, cover, and more — from “Best Male Character in a Starring Role” to “Best Cover” to “Lifetime Achievement Award in Writing YA Literature.”  It’s a really successful, scalable model for encouraging critical reflection and argument through literature.
