Sponsorship levels and benefits

The North Carolina Reading Association welcomes any sponsorship from exhibitors that come to the conferences each year. Listed below are sponsorship levels and benefits based upon the level of participation. Sponsors will be given top priority in booth assignments.

1. Keynote Speaker Sponsor

Cost: $3,000 – $5,000

Benefits:

  • Two complimentary booths in exhibition area
  • Free full-page ad in conference program book
  • Verbal/written recognition at the Conference

2. Full/Partial Sponsor of Author

Cost: $1,500 – $3,000

Benefits:

  • Two complimentary booths in exhibition area
  • Free half-page ad in conference program book
  • Verbal/written recognition at author speaking/signing session

3. Tote Bag Sponsors

Cost: $6,000 – $8,000

(Company can provide their own tote bag, if preferred, with your own Company Logo)

Benefits:

  • Two complimentary booths in exhibition area
  • Free full-page ad in conference program book
  • Verbal/written recognition at the Conference

4. Conferee Name Badge Holders

Cost: $2,000 – $2,800 (Based on 1,500 Badges)

(Company can provide their own name badge holder with your own company logo)

Benefits:

  • Two complimentary booths in exhibition area
  • Free half-page ad in conference program book
  • Verbal/written recognition at the conference

5. LCD Projectors/Document Cameras/Screens

Cost: To Be Determined

Benefits:

  • Two complimentary booths in exhibition area (depending on cost)
  • Free half-page ad in conference program book
  • Corporate name listed in special section of program book

6. Ice Cream with the Exhibitors

Cost: $2,500 -$3,000 (Based On 700 Conferees)

Benefits:

  • One complimentary booth in exhibition area
  • Free half-page ad in conference program book
  • Verbal/written recognition at the conference

7. Soft Drink Break Sponsors

Cost: $3,000 (Based On 700 – 800 Conferees)

Benefits:

  • One complimentary booth in exhibition area
  • Free half-page ad in conference program book
  • Verbal/written recognition at the conference

8. Continental Breakfast Sponsor

Will need two sponsors for two days (mornings in exhibit area)

Cost: $3,000 – $5,000 (Depending on menu selection)

Benefits:

  • Two complimentary booths in exhibition area
  • Exclusive company name/logo on the breakfast/setup tables
  • Opportunity to display company information/brochures during breakfast
  • Verbal/written recognition at the conference
  • Free half-page ad in conference program book

9. Reception

Cost: $1,500- $3,000 (Depending on menu selection)

Benefits:

  • One complimentary booth in exhibition area
  • Opportunity to display name/logo on setup tables
  • Free full-page ad in conference program book
  • Verbal/written recognition at the conference
